Projects: Paroa Bay - blocks subdivided after the sale of Dragon Hill Farms

The subdivision of the Dragon Hill Farm into 4 titles rendered the Sustainable land management design inoperative. As a result the function of the land was removed and land management became difficult.

Missions:

Paroa Bay Block 1
Eco-land Ltd was invited to design and implement native plantings of a coastal hill face by one of the owners of a subdivided block. The owner wanted to revegetate their only grassed area with native plants to simplify management. Eco-land Ltd was also invited to established 17000 native plants and create a subtropical orchard. A simple hand dug walk track system was also created. Eco-land has returned to establish a tropical orchard and complete further landscape planting work.
